Design sprint I In this highly interactive session, we will together explore ways to stimulate more diversity and inclusion within impact investments, funds and foundations. How can we learn to recognize and remove barriers in order to design a more diverse workforce and inclusive workplace and support movements that stimulate a more inclusive society? Recent events have made many organisations realise that much remains to be done to become a better reflection of society, a place where people of all backgrounds feel at home and can flourish as many studies show that diversity and inclusion stimulates productivity and growth. With that as a starting point, we must now bring about concrete changes.
