Pascal founded Fondation Demeter in 1994 to promote innovative economic tools for social good. After years supporting for 10+ years Microfinance organizations in India, Africa and Latin America as a way to promote Women as Economic Agents of Change in their Communities; Demeter has focused on Entrepreneurship as a tool to insert At-Risk Youth (ranging from ex-convicts to underprivileged neighborhoods as well as handicapped individuals). More recently Demeter has been supporting Charitable Pledges to realign all stakeholders in a social cause can better align their mission.
In parallel to his philanthropic activities and since 1992, Pascal has been the founder and managing partner of Ceres Finance, a London-based investment fund focused upon Distressed Technology Assets. He has spent all his career in Private Equity.
He sits as well on the Board and/or Investment Committees of various Impact Funds.
