Madeleine Clarke is the founder and leader of Genio, a European organisation based in Ireland working with philanthropy and the public sector at national and EU levels. I lead the USAID Regional Investment Support for Entrepreneurs (RISE) platform, which supports impact-oriented investors, small and growing businesses, and entrepreneurial ecosystem organizations in Southeast Asia.
